USDA Financing - 100% Loans
You may be elligible for a 100% loan with no downpayment if you are buying in areas classified as "rural".
You will be surprised to learn that many areas fall into this category even though they are not thought of
as rural areas.
The biggest areas for USDA financing are Sahuarita, Vail, Corona de Tucson, and some parts of Marana.

military. You'll need to have a credit score of a 570 or higher to qualify.
